Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Aveny LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), covering your use of the Voisary app.

The short version

Voisary records what you say and turns it into a written note shaped by instructions you write yourself. You keep ownership of everything you record and everything the app writes for you. Using it requires a paid subscription.

Your account

You need an account so your notes can sync and survive a lost phone. Keep your sign-in method secure — anyone who can sign in as you can read your notes. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

If the same email address is used with a different sign-in method, it reaches the same account. That is deliberate: the account belongs to the verified email address, not to the provider you signed in with.

Subscription and billing

Voisary is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. There is no free tier: an active subscription is required to use the app, and you will be asked to choose a plan before you can start.

If a free trial is offered, you get the app in full during the trial and it converts into a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. A trial is offered once per Apple ID; if you have used one before, the app will not offer it again.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

If you already subscribed and the app does not recognise it — after reinstalling, or on a new device — use "Restore" on the subscription screen.

What you may not do

Do not use the app to record people without their knowledge where that is illegal, and do not use it to produce content that is unlawful or that violates someone else's rights. We may suspend an account that does.

Your content

Your recordings, transcripts, notes and templates are yours. We claim no ownership of them. We access them only to operate the service — to transcribe, generate, sync and back them up — and to respond to a support request you send us.

Measuring and improving the app

We record how the app is used, including recordings of its screens with text and images masked, and we sometimes show different versions of a screen to different people to see which works better. What this covers and how to opt out is set out in the Privacy Policy.

What the app is not

Notes are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or miss the point of what you said. Read them before you rely on them. The app is not legal, medical, or financial advice, and it is not a backup system for anything you cannot afford to lose.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Voisary after that means you accept the new terms.
