Terms of Service
Effective 1 October 2026
By using Azık you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
What the service does
Azık produces a weekly meal plan from the budget and preferences you give it, the shopping list for that plan, and a route through the supermarkets. The plan is a suggestion; what you eat is your decision.
Prices are estimates
The amounts shown are based on current supermarket prices and are estimates. What you pay at the till can differ with the branch, promotions, pack sizes and price changes. We are not responsible for the gap between the estimate and the real price.
Recipes and nutrition
Recipes and nutrition values (calories, protein and so on) are for information only. They are not medical or dietary advice, and the values are calculated and approximate.
Allergy warning: if you have an allergy or a food intolerance, read the recipe's ingredient list yourself. The dietary filters are there to help; they are not a safety guarantee.
Your account
You create an account with Google or Apple, and you are responsible for keeping it secure. You can delete it at any time from Settings.
Subscriptions and payment
Part of the app is free; all of it opens with a subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and renew unless cancelled.
Renewal happens unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple Account or Google account settings — it cannot be cancelled from inside the app, which is the stores' rule, not ours.
Refund requests go to the store; since we do not take the payment, we cannot issue refunds.
Acceptable use
Reverse engineering the app, scraping it with automated tools, or using it in a way that harms the service is not allowed.
Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. We will say so in the app when a change matters; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
