Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Aveny LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), for the use of Espiriyo.

The short version

Espiriyo writes joke replies for your conversations. It is a subscription app. What it writes is a suggestion, not advice — you decide whether to send it, and you carry what happens after you do.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account secure; anything done through it is treated as done by you. You must be old enough to use the app under the store rating in your country, and old enough to enter into this agreement.

Subscription and billing

Espiriyo requires an active subscription. Plans are sold weekly or monthly through the App Store or Google Play, and they renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, from the subscription settings of the store you bought it from. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the time you already paid for stays yours until it runs out.

We never see your card. Payment, renewal and refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds are theirs to grant.

There is a fair use limit on how many generations you can run per day. It exists to stop automated abuse; normal use does not reach it.

What the app produces

Replies are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, unfunny, off-topic or inappropriate for the person you are writing to, and the same input will not always give the same output.

Nothing the app writes is advice of any kind. Read what it gives you before you send it. Once you send it, it is your message.

You may use the replies freely, including commercially. We claim no rights over them. Because AI output is not unique, we cannot promise that no one else ever receives a similar reply.

The tone settings

You control how silly, how witty and how harsh the replies are, and whether profanity is allowed. Profanity is off by default and turning it on requires confirming you are an adult.

Harsher settings produce harsher replies. That is what you asked for, and it does not shift responsibility for the message onto us. The model refuses hate speech, harassment, threats and sexual insults at every setting, and it softens automatically for family and work conversations.

What you may not do

• Upload conversations you have no right to upload.
• Use the app to harass, threaten, defame, stalk or bully anyone.
• Use it against people who did not consent to be part of a joke, or to produce content targeting someone's race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
• Upload other people's private data — identity documents, financial records, health information.
• Automate, scrape or resell the service, or try to get around the fair use limit.
• Reverse engineer the app or attempt to extract the prompts behind it.

Your content

The screenshots you upload stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to process them and return your replies, as described in the privacy policy. We do not store them and we do not use them to train models.

What the app is not

Espiriyo is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, that generation will always succeed, or that a given reply will suit your situation.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including how someone reacts to a message you chose to send. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and in serious cases without notice. If we close your account without cause, you get back the unused part of what you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
