Privacy Policy

Azık is operated by Aveny LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how long it is kept.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a user id, created when you sign in with Google or Apple. We never see your password — Google, Apple and Firebase Authentication handle that.
• Kitchen preferences: household size, weekly budget, cooking days, meal preferences, appliances, dietary needs and the supermarkets you shop at.
• Location: used only to build the shopping route, and only if you allow it. It is not used for anything other than finding nearby supermarket branches, and it is never collected in the background.
• What you create in the app: the weekly plans you generate, your shopping lists, and your profile name and avatar.
• Subscription status: whether you are premium. We do not store payment details and never see your card number — Apple or Google takes the payment.

What we do not collect

We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone or camera. We do not track an advertising identifier. There are no ads in the app.

Why we process it

For one purpose: to produce a weekly plan and a shopping list that match your budget and preferences. Without your preferences there is no plan; without your location there is no route.

Who we share it with

• Google Firebase — authentication.
• RevenueCat, Apple and Google — subscription status and billing.

We do not sell, rent or hand over your data for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account the identity record is removed outright, and your app data is put beyond use and then purged permanently once the statutory retention period ends.

Deleting your account

Settings → Account → "Delete my account", inside the app. Deletion cannot be undone: your plans, preferences and favourites go with it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask whether your personal data is being processed, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to processing (including under article 11 of Turkey's KVKK). Write to destek@azik.app for any of these.

Children

Azık is not aimed at anyone under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from that age group.
